PolyTALENT GmbH is looking for a Regional Sales Manager (m/w/d) for CAD/CAM software. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets through active sales measures and new customer acquisition in the South-East Germany, Austria, and Poland region. Your focus will be on building long-term customer relationships and providing tailored software solutions.
What You'll Do
- Achieve sales targets through active sales measures and new customer acquisition.
- Proactively identify potential customers and conduct targeted outreach.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships with regular contact.
- Analyze customer needs and create suitable software recommendations.
- Prepare offers, conduct contract negotiations, and successfully close deals.
- Monitor the market for trends, competition, and pricing, providing regular reporting.
- Participate in trade fairs, conferences, webinars, and customer events for product presentation.
- Maintain and manage the sales pipeline in the CRM system.
What We're Looking For
- 3–5 years of sales experience in a B2B environment.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- High self-motivation, an independent working style, and a team player attitude.
- Analytical thinking and solution-oriented action.
- Secure handling of CRM systems and experience in lead generation and qualification.
- Willingness to travel and flexibility in working arrangements.
- Very good English language skills, spoken and written.
- Very good Polish language skills, spoken and written.
Nice to Have
- Experience in mechanical engineering or CAD/CAM software sales.
- Experience in selling capital goods.
