Stone Bridge GmbH is hiring a Key Account Manager (Vollzeit) (m/w/d) to guide and advise StudioPartner's fitness studio clients, helping them maximize the use of our AI-powered communication platform. You will play a central role in building long-term partnerships and driving customer success.
What You'll Do
- Accompany new customers through onboarding and ensure a smooth start.
- Understand studio business goals and develop individual strategies for optimal use of StudioPartner.
- Analyze chat data and KPIs, identify potential, and implement concrete measures together with the customer.
- Help introduce new features, increase message volume, and automate processes.
- Actively gather feedback and recommendations to build long-term partnerships.
- Work closely with product and support teams to continuously improve customer experiences.
What We're Looking For
- Completed degree or relevant experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Marketing, or Sales.
- Strong communication skills, empathy, and solution-oriented mindset.
- Enjoy advising customers and making successes measurable.
- Structured way of working, initiative, and reliability.
Nice to Have
- Experience in SaaS or fitness environment.
