Responsibilities
- Drives revenue growth using a consultative sales methodology
- Identifies and nurtures new business opportunities while establishing lasting client partnerships in ESG and greenhouse gas services
- Evaluates client requirements and designs customized solutions using available offerings, including training, certification, ISO standards, and complementary programs
- Meets or exceeds revenue targets within a designated geographic area
- Manages all sales processes including audits, training, and end-to-end solutions across Canadian provinces
- Advises potential and existing clients on greenhouse gas verification services for mandatory provincial reporting in Canada
- Promotes and consults on greenhouse gas validation and verification for carbon offset and removal initiatives
- Sells validation and verification solutions for social and nature-based impact projects
- Executes a mutually agreed business and marketing strategy to grow the customer base in the Southeastern US
- Collaborates with sales and support teams to achieve customer satisfaction, revenue goals, and long-term account development aligned with company values
- Builds and manages a qualified lead database in the CRM system through referrals, direct outreach, meetings, email, and networking
- Prepares proposals that comply with Accreditation Body or sector-specific requirements
- Capitalizes on every stage of the sales cycle to win business and gain market share from competitors
- Keeps precise records of sales efforts, calls, presentations, closed deals, and follow-ups within the assigned territory or product area
- Collects and provides detailed information for accurate pricing decisions
- Develops and delivers compelling proposal presentations and responses to RFPs that address client challenges and their impacts
- Supports the creation and delivery of educational content for clients
- Fosters strong collaboration with internal support teams
- Helps execute corporate marketing initiatives
- Engages the relevant International Sales Manager or International Account Manager on opportunities qualifying as Global Key Accounts
- Demonstrates safe work practices with attention to employee and client well-being in accordance with company safety policies
- Upholds the company's Code of Integrity and Professional Conduct at all times
- Follows internal policies, standards, and operational procedures
- Completes additional tasks as required
