About the Role

This role leads sales and client service initiatives in the region, focusing on expanding market presence and delivering high-quality support to healthcare partners.

Responsibilities

  • Lead sales efforts across the assigned territory
  • Build and maintain relationships with key healthcare clients
  • Provide ongoing support to ensure client satisfaction
  • Identify new business opportunities through outreach and networking
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align sales and service goals
  • Deliver product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients
  • Track and report on sales performance metrics
  • Address client inquiries and resolve service issues promptly
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies
  • Participate in training sessions to stay current on product knowledge
  • Coordinate with marketing to support local campaigns
  • Manage contract negotiations and renewals
  • Maintain accurate client records in the CRM system
  • Travel regularly within the region to meet clients
  • Support onboarding of new customers
  • Gather client feedback to inform product and service improvements
  • Represent the organization at industry events and conferences
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends
  • Develop quarterly sales forecasts
  • Work closely with technical teams during client implementations
  • Ensure timely delivery and setup of solutions
  • Escalate complex issues to higher support teams when needed
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory requirements
  • Drive customer retention through proactive engagement
  • Assist in refining sales processes based on field insights

Compensation
