EX Squared is hiring a Regional Program Manager to oversee and drive our initiatives in the region. This is a remote role based in Illinois, operating within our global framework.
What You'll Do
- Manage and execute regional program strategy and objectives
- Lead program delivery from planning through to completion
- Coordinate with stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment
- Monitor program performance and implement improvements
