About the Role

WinnCompanies is looking for a Regional Physical Security Manager to develop and implement comprehensive physical security strategies. In this role, you will ensure the safety and security of our properties, residents, and personnel across a defined region.

What You'll Do

  • Develop, implement, and manage regional physical security policies, standards, and programs.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and security audits of properties within the region.
  • Oversee the performance of security systems, including access control, video surveillance, and alarm monitoring.
  • Lead incident response and investigations, providing detailed reports and recommending corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with property management teams, local law enforcement, and security vendors.
  • Manage security budgets and vendor contracts for the region.
  • Train property staff on security protocols and emergency procedures.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in physical security management, preferably in multi-site residential or commercial real estate.
  • Strong knowledge of physical security principles, technologies, and best practices.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, from on-site staff to senior leadership.
  • Experience conducting investigations and writing detailed incident reports.
  • Ability to travel periodically within the region as needed.

Work Mode

This is a remote position open to candidates located in or near Boston, MA; New York, NY; Philadelphia, PA; Washington, DC; or Newark, NJ. The role supports properties across these locations.
