Allegion is seeking a Regional Operations Manager - South Central to lead our Regional Branch Operations Teams for Stanley Access Technologies (Allegion Access Technologies). In this role, you will provide strategic guidance and mentoring to direct and indirect reports while designing and implementing plans, processes, and systems to enhance Field Operations performance across customer service, growth, quality, and productivity.
What You'll Do
- Develop, define, communicate, and execute the regional construction/service business plan in concert with Sales and Finance.
- Meet or exceed regional installation/service goals including customer completion, utilization, incoming business, sales, expense/revenue ratio, and margin rates.
- Cultivate an environment that achieves ultimate customer service and satisfaction while meeting or exceeding regional targets through comprehensive follow-up calls.
- Form high-performing teams and lead regional efforts to source, hire, train, and develop talent through monthly and formal performance meetings.
- Provide acquisition integration on a regional basis.
- Provide direct leadership of Branch Managers, Installation Coordinators, Service Dispatch Supervisors, and Branch support.
- Train branch staff on new products and company-wide initiatives to develop and drive growth plans and competitive action plans.
- Ensure the success of the sales and marketing plan through operational efforts directed toward continuous improvement in servicing all channels and verticals.
- Travel approximately 50% of the time.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of leadership experience.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple initiatives concurrently.
- Creative problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Office Suite, and PowerPoint.

This is a remote position open to candidates located in Tennessee or Texas.
