Real is seeking a Regional Broker Contractor to guide and grow our team of licensed real estate agents while driving the recruitment of top producers. What You'll Do
- Lead, train, and support agents on compliance, contracts, risk management, and state regulations.
- Implement and refine policies to ensure best practices and operational efficiency.
- Proactively recruit top-producing agents by showcasing our technology, marketing, and growth opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with agents, guiding them through brokerage transitions.
- Collaborate across departments to optimize agent experience and business scalability.
- Identify and attract top talent while fostering a culture of growth and success.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of relevant experience in real estate, sales, or brokerage operations.
- Proven ability to recruit, influence, and lead high-performing agents.
- Strong interpersonal skills, strategic mindset, and problem-solving abilities.
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- MUST be based and licensed in Washington to be considered.
