As a Refunds Specialist, you will operate remotely in a high-impact role focused on managing refund inquiries from seller leads. Your primary responsibility will be initiating and maintaining contact through phone, text, and email to verify key details about property ownership, home type, and sale status. You’ll ensure every lead progresses accurately through the sales pipeline by updating stages in the CRM in real time.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outreach to sellers to confirm property details, including ownership and whether mobile homes are sold with or without land.
- Keep CRM records current with detailed notes from every interaction, escalating issues when necessary.
- Process refund decisions in alignment with company policy, ensuring fairness and consistency.
- Follow up persistently with sellers, sometimes over extended periods, to reach resolution.
- Collaborate closely with the Senior Refunds Coordinator to ensure seamless information flow and accountability.
- Continuously refine communication techniques using structured learning resources.
- Maintain disciplined internal communication cycles and uphold pipeline transparency.
What We’re Looking For
You have hands-on experience in cold calling and digital outreach in English. You’re comfortable on the phone, skilled at building trust quickly, and unafraid to navigate difficult conversations. Organization is second nature—you manage your time well and keep detailed, accurate records. You’re self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to grow within a lean, fast-moving team.
Previous experience in real estate investing is a plus, but not required. Candidates must pass both written and verbal assessments to demonstrate clarity and professionalism in communication.

This is a fully remote position requiring 40–60 hours per week, including evenings and weekends.
