AlexStaff Agency is looking for a Reddit Content & Community Specialist to build a powerful brand presence on Reddit for an innovative project that transforms existing video cameras into intelligent Video AI Agents. You will bring the product to the forefront of relevant discussions through native engagement and community building.
What You'll Do
- Create and warm up distinct Reddit characters, including brand voices, experts, and clients.
- Post and comment with precise targeting to reach the intended audience.
- Curate content from internal team members and freelancers for platform use.
- Launch and manage AMA posts, memes, and polls.
- Maintain a database of target subreddits, track analytics, and document successful content.
What We're Looking For
- 1+ years of hands-on Reddit experience, with a clear understanding of platform norms and tactics.
- Proven ability to write on behalf of a brand or craft 'technical' humor.
- Knowledge of shadow-ban avoidance and the use of multi-accounts.
- Existing Reddit profiles, ghost-posts, or work samples you consider relevant and high-quality.
- International work experience.
- Previous experience in a startup environment that lasted up to 1 year.
- Russian B2+ and English C1+ proficiency.
Nice to Have
- Additional experience with other social platforms like X, LinkedIn, or YouTube Shorts.

- Content & Design: Notion, Figma, Meme generators, GPT, Midjourney, CapCut
- Infrastructure & Tools: VPN, proxy, warming tools, Telegram bots, Zapier for notifications
