CrowdStrike is hiring a Red Team Principal Consultant (Remote)

CrowdStrike is hiring a Red Team Principal Consultant to lead a team dedicated to performing security assessments that simulate known threat actors. This role helps customers determine the impact and likelihood of threats by coordinating with leadership, planning and overseeing execution, and assisting other services functions to improve security defense.

What You'll Do

• Act as the primary contact for coordinating Red Team and penetration testing activities.
• Develop reports, including mitigation strategies from assessments, for both management and technical audiences.
• Organize resources to perform penetration assessments of operating systems, applications, databases, and network infrastructure.
• Work with the team to lead and assist in developing and improving an information security program and resources.
• Provide guidance using specialized knowledge and tools during enterprise-wide crisis scenarios, such as large-scale outages.
• Work as an operator and project manager on various penetration testing offerings.

What We're Looking For

• Ability to effectively communicate at all levels, from executive leadership to technical support teams.

Nice to Have

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Red Team or Penetration Testing activities.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a leadership role.
• Security community participation, such as conference speaking or tool development contribution.
• Desirable certifications: OSCP, GPEN, OSCE, GCIH, GXPN.

Technical Stack

• Metasploit, NMAP, Cobalt Strike, Nessus, Burp Suite
