What You'll Do
- Simulate realistic cyberattack scenarios to evaluate how well systems detect, respond to, and recover from threats
- Analyze adversary behaviors, tools, and techniques to improve defensive strategies
- Contribute to the creation of tailored security solutions that protect sensitive systems and data
- Support clients in maintaining compliance by advising on secure configurations and control implementations
- Provide input when changes are made to network, system, or application designs to ensure security is integrated from the start
- Produce clear assessments of security effectiveness and suggest practical improvements to policies and procedures
- Go beyond basic testing by incorporating advanced tactics such as exploit development and process analysis
Requirements
- Citizenship in one of the 32 NATO member countries
- Completion of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field, or equivalent hands-on experience
- Familiarity with ICT infrastructure, network protocols, and security technologies
- Understanding of operating system security principles and vulnerabilities
- Ability to work autonomously while contributing to team goals
- Demonstrated professionalism, collaboration, and commitment to mission success
- Strong communication skills, with fluency in written and spoken English
- Responsible handling of confidential and sensitive information
