Epiroc is looking for a Recruitment Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with HR Business Partners, hiring managers, and our Regional Center of Excellence teams to attract, assess, and select top talent across the LATAM region. Your work will ensure a positive experience for candidates and leaders alike while directly supporting our employer brand and organizational objectives.
What You'll Do
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Support the creation and approval of requisitions in SAP SuccessFactors.
- Design and execute talent attraction strategies using internal databases, job boards, social media, and networking.
- Conduct structured interviews, evaluate competencies, and provide hiring recommendations.
- Coordinate interview schedules, gather feedback, and provide timely follow-up to candidates and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with HRBPs and leaders to understand talent needs, profiles, and market trends.
- Act as a reference in recruitment best practices, market intelligence, and internal processes.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience from first contact through onboarding.
- Represent the company at job fairs, university events, and external talent attraction activities as needed.
- Actively promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in all selection processes.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, ideally in regional environments.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in both Spanish and English.
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors, Microsoft Office 365, and collaborative tools like MS Teams.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize in dynamic environments.
- A curious mindset, proactive approach, high ethical standards, and ability to work in multicultural and matrixed settings.
