As a Recruitment Consultant, you will lead end-to-end hiring for technology roles across the Nordic region, operating remotely from Poland, Romania, or South Africa. Your responsibilities include sourcing, screening, and placing candidates, as well as coordinating interviews and managing feedback between clients and applicants.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from candidate identification through final placement
- Conduct initial phone assessments and coordinate interview schedules
- Deliver timely feedback and maintain clear communication with stakeholders
- Build and sustain a network of qualified tech professionals through proactive market research
- Develop sourcing strategies to engage both active and passive talent
- Support clients in decision-making around hiring and compensation
- Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system and meet weekly submission targets
- Collaborate with team members to refine processes and improve outcomes
Qualifications and Skills
You bring proven experience in recruitment, including candidate sourcing, negotiation, and closing. You thrive in a target-driven setting and consistently meet or exceed performance goals. Strong organizational and time management abilities are essential, along with adaptability in shifting priorities.
Proficiency in MS Office, applicant tracking systems, and social media platforms is required. You communicate effectively about recruitment pipelines and demonstrate a client-focused mindset. A commitment to collaboration and continuous improvement is key to success in this role.
