The Recruiting Coordinator is responsible for delivering a smooth and supportive experience for candidates and hiring teams alike. You'll manage the logistics of a high volume of virtual interviews across multiple functions, including scheduling, coordination, and follow-up, ensuring every participant knows where and when to be. Your role is central to maintaining clear communication and thoughtful organization throughout the hiring journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end interview logistics, including phone screens, technical assessments, panel interviews, and travel arrangements when needed.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, providing timely and friendly support from initial outreach through final interviews.
- Collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers, and external stakeholders to align on schedules and priorities.
- Support broader initiatives within the Candidate Experience team to improve processes and candidate satisfaction.
- Represent a warm, genuine, and inclusive culture in every interaction, reflecting the values of the organization.
What You Bring
- At least two years of experience in recruiting, human resources, or an administrative role requiring strong organizational skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
- Clear, concise, and friendly communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency with Google Apps, especially Google Calendar, and a comfort level with digital collaboration tools.
- Adaptability in fast-changing environments and the ability to navigate ambiguity with a positive mindset.
Preferred Experience
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems such as Greenhouse or scheduling platforms like ModernLoop is a plus.
Work Environment
This is a hybrid role based in Denver, CO or San Francisco, CA, with an expectation to be in the office 2–3 days per week. Remote work is supported on non-office days, provided a secure and reliable internet connection is available.
Compensation
Pay varies by location: in Denver, the hourly range is $26.75 to $30.77; in San Francisco, it is $33.44 to $38.46. Final offers reflect experience, expertise, and other factors. Stock equity is included as part of total compensation.
