Gusto is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to support recruiting coordination across multiple functions while contributing to our Candidate Experience team’s projects and goals. You’ll facilitate a high volume of virtual interviews and act as the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring they have a genuine, warm, and friendly experience that reflects our culture.
What You'll Do
- Support recruiting coordination across multiple functions while contributing to Candidate Experience team projects and goals.
- Facilitate a high volume of virtual interviews including phone screens, technical assessments, panel presentations, and complex interview panels.
- Act as point of contact for candidates; coordinate, schedule, and manage interviews as well as travel and accommodation arrangements when required.
- Develop strong candidate and stakeholder relationships and maintain effective communication channels.
- Represent the genuine, warm, and friendly Gusto culture at all stages throughout the interview process.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of work experience, ideally in a recruiting, HR, or administrative environment.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Strong time management skills and ability to organize competing priorities.
- Clear & concise communicator with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to embrace change with a great attitude and feel comfortable with ambiguity.
- Proficient with Google Apps, particularly Google Calendar.
Nice to Have
- Experience using an applicant tracking system (ATS) like Greenhouse, or interview scheduling software like ModernLoop.

Benefits & Compensation
- Hourly compensation: $26.75/hour to $30.77/hour in Denver, and $33.44/hour to $38.46/hour in San Francisco.
- Stock equity is additional.
Work Mode
This is a hybrid role based in Denver, CO or San Francisco, CA.
