About the Role
This role is responsible for full-cycle recruitment, building talent pipelines, and delivering a positive candidate experience while partnering with hiring managers to meet staffing goals.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end hiring processes for assigned roles
- Source candidates using job boards, social media, and professional networks
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and assessments
- Collaborate with hiring teams to define role requirements
- Coordinate interviews and maintain scheduling timelines
- Provide feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment journey
- Ensure compliance with employment regulations and company policies
- Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system
- Build relationships with potential candidates for future opportunities
- Participate in recruitment strategy discussions
- Support diversity and inclusion initiatives in hiring
- Track and report on key recruitment metrics
- Represent the organization at career events and networking sessions
- Communicate employer value proposition to prospective hires
- Partner with HR on onboarding transitions for new hires
Nice to Have
- Experience recruiting in the healthcare or medical device industry
- Knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools
- Certification in human resources or recruitment
- Background working in a global organization
- Experience with onboarding systems and processes
