About the Role

This role is responsible for full-cycle recruitment, building talent pipelines, and delivering a positive candidate experience while partnering with hiring managers to meet staffing goals.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end hiring processes for assigned roles
  • Source candidates using job boards, social media, and professional networks
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings and assessments
  • Collaborate with hiring teams to define role requirements
  • Coordinate interviews and maintain scheduling timelines
  • Provide feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment journey
  • Ensure compliance with employment regulations and company policies
  • Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system
  • Build relationships with potential candidates for future opportunities
  • Participate in recruitment strategy discussions
  • Support diversity and inclusion initiatives in hiring
  • Track and report on key recruitment metrics
  • Represent the organization at career events and networking sessions
  • Communicate employer value proposition to prospective hires
  • Partner with HR on onboarding transitions for new hires

Nice to Have

  • Experience recruiting in the healthcare or medical device industry
  • Knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools
  • Certification in human resources or recruitment
  • Background working in a global organization
  • Experience with onboarding systems and processes
