Stryker Corporation is looking for a Recruiter to join our team remotely. In this role, you will focus on non-exempt recruiting for our Instruments division across the U.S., attracting top talent, delivering an exceptional candidate experience, and building strong teams to support our mission to make healthcare better.
What You'll Do
- Partner with Talent Acquisition resources to source candidates from diverse channels and build relationships with hiring managers, candidates, agency partners, and HR Business Partners.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify trends, propose strategies, and resolve recruitment-related issues.
- Promote a customer-centered culture by consulting with stakeholders and striving to exceed expectations.
- Execute strategic recruitment plans and manage a high volume of requisitions for a dedicated functional area.
- Champion the recruitment process by leading strategy sessions and advising on best practices, legal developments, and market benchmarks.
- Optimize the Applicant Tracking System to manage the candidate lifecycle and ensure compliance.
- Use data and analytics to influence hiring decisions, evaluate selection tools, and drive proactive sourcing strategies.
- Stay current on emerging recruitment trends and continuously improve effectiveness, quality, and efficiency.
