Space Inch is seeking a Recruiter based in Brazil for a 6-month freelance contract to drive a major hiring initiative across the country. You will be responsible for sourcing top talent, managing the full recruitment lifecycle, and supporting hiring managers to build high-performing teams.
What You'll Do
- Source top talent across Brazil, with a focus on developers and technical roles.
- Write and publish compelling job ads to reach qualified candidates.
- Review incoming applications and handle the first round of candidate screening.
- Support interview coordination and participate in interviews as needed.
- Keep candidates informed and engaged throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain clear and up-to-date candidate tracking and communication in our ATS.
- Collaborate closely with the Croatian HR team to align priorities and manage timelines.
What We're Looking For
- 6+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, ideally in fast-paced or high-growth environments.
- 3+ years of experience hiring for tech roles, including developers, designers, or product teams.
- Strong sourcing skills, with proven ability to find and engage passive candidates.
- Experience using ATS tools (e.g., Workable, Lever, Greenhouse, or similar).
- Excellent communication skills in both Portuguese and English (written and verbal).
- Familiarity with Brazilian job boards and recruitment channels.
- Comfortable working independently and asynchronously in a remote team setup.
- Ability to handle multiple roles at once and prioritize tasks effectively.
Team & Environment
You'll join a team of 60+ people, primarily based in Croatia, with members in South America, Serbia, and the US. The product team is mostly in the US, and engineering is in Croatia and Brazil.
