We are seeking a skilled Recruiter to lead full-cycle talent acquisition for two major divisions within a prominent commercial real estate organization. In this role, you will take ownership of sourcing, evaluating, and placing qualified candidates while ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct proactive talent sourcing using LinkedIn, Zip Recruiter, and other platforms to build a sustainable pipeline of qualified candidates
- Create and refine job descriptions and specifications based on detailed job and task analysis
- Advertise open roles across job boards, professional networks, and educational institutions
- Review resumes and applications to identify candidates who meet role requirements
- Lead structured interviews using validated assessment methods to evaluate technical skills, experience, and interpersonal abilities
- Maintain accurate records and deliver data-driven recruitment reports to leadership
- Act as the primary point of contact for candidates, fostering strong relationships from initial outreach through placement
- Support employer branding by highlighting the company’s strengths as a top workplace
Qualifications
Candidates must be based in the Eastern Standard Time (EST) zone. A minimum of two years of recruiting experience—either in-house or with an agency—is strongly preferred. Backgrounds in property management or engineering are an advantage. Familiarity with LinkedIn, Applicant Tracking Systems, HRIS platforms, and other recruiting technologies is essential.
Compensation and Work Environment
This position offers an annual salary between $70,000 and $75,000 USD. The role is remote-capable within the EST zone, with no relocation required. All offers are contingent upon successful completion of a background check and verification of U.S. work authorization.
