Lincoln Property Company is hiring a Recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting for two of our large Commercial Real Estate divisions. You will build proactive talent pipelines and manage the entire process from sourcing to hiring manager handoff.
What You'll Do
- Heavily source candidates through LinkedIn and Zip Recruiter to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Develop, update, and post job descriptions and recruitment materials.
- Screen candidate resumes and applications.
- Conduct interviews using reliable recruiting and selection tools.
- Assess applicants' knowledge, skills, experience, and aptitudes.
- Provide analytical recruiting reports to the Head of Talent.
- Build influential relationships with candidates throughout the selection process.
- Promote the company's reputation as a great place to work.
What We're Looking For
- Candidates must be located within the Eastern Standard Time (EST) zone.
Nice to Have
- 2+ years of proven work experience as an in-house or agency recruiter.
- Property Management and/or Engineering experience.
Technical Stack
- LinkedIn, Zip Recruiter, HR databases
- Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Candidate Management Systems (CMS)
- Recruiting software, Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS)
Team & Environment
You will work closely with two large Commercial Real Estate divisions and report to the Head of Talent.
Benefits & Compensation
- Annual salary range: $70,000—$75,000 USD.
Work Mode
This position is open to candidates located within the Eastern Standard Time (EST) zone.
