Farmacias del Ahorro is looking for a Recruiter to manage the full-cycle recruitment process. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring talent to support our operations, ensuring we bring in qualified candidates who align with our values.
What You'll Do
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for open positions
- Source and attract candidates through various channels
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
- Coordinate interview schedules and candidate communications
- Ensure a positive and efficient candidate experience
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar talent acquisition role
- Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and candidate assessment methods
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple open requisitions efficiently
- Commitment to ethical hiring practices and confidentiality
