Responsibilities
- Assist with buyer and rental showings
- Complete light inspection reports
- Conduct Open Houses
- Perform other real estate tasks
Requirements
- Must be a currently licensed real estate agent
- Must have access to the MLS
- Must have experience showing homes in the Springfield area
- Must be able to show homes using an electronic lockbox
Additional Information
- Agents will be paid for each home shown
- Opportunity to receive a tip for a job well done
- Showami is not a real estate brokerage; agents stay with their current brokerage
- In many markets, ability to use an electronic lockbox is required
- Unlicensed individuals can be referred to discount real estate licensing classes and brokerages
