About the Role

Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual therapy sessions with patients across New Mexico
- Perform comprehensive psychiatric assessments and diagnostic evaluations
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical best practices
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care strategies as needed
- Collaborate with psychiatrists and care teams for coordinated treatment
- Document clinical interactions in the electronic health record system
- Ensure compliance with state licensing and telehealth regulations
- Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA standards
- Respond to patient messages within established timeframes
- Participate in team meetings and case reviews
- Provide crisis intervention when necessary
- Educate patients and families about mental health conditions
