Responsibilities

  • Design and build improvements for desktop and mobile web applications to deliver optimal user experiences
  • Create single-page applications using object-oriented JavaScript and a range of libraries and micro frameworks such as jQuery, AngularJS, ReactJS, Prototype, and BackboneJS
  • Update and maintain codebases of current web applications to ensure compatibility with modern devices
  • Keep current with advancements in HTML5, JavaScript APIs, and emerging framework technologies
  • Apply coding expertise to implement and unit test application features according to technical requirements, including building code and recording test outcomes
