Incedo is looking for a Senior Software Engineer - Full Stack with expertise in Java and React.js to develop and maintain robust web applications. You will be a key contributor, responsible for delivering end-to-end solutions while mentoring and guiding the team's growth.
What You'll Do
- Write high-quality code, participate in code reviews, and design systems of varying complexity.
- Engage with clients to understand technical requirements and develop the technical design approach.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, review their code, and establish quality gates.
- Build and deploy code using CI/CD pipelines, apply secure coding practices, and adopt unit-testing frameworks.
- Take responsibility for the team's growth, fostering a collaborative and productive environment.
What We're Looking For
- 4-6 years of work experience in systems or application development.
- A B.Tech/B.E./M.Tech or MCA degree from a reputed university; a computer science background is preferred.
- Proficiency in the Java programming language and React.js.
- Experience with Spring Framework, Hibernate, and other Java-based frameworks.
- Expertise in front-end web development using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
- Familiarity with the software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders clearly.
- A strong understanding of the company's long-term vision and alignment with it.
- Ability to provide leadership, guidance, and support to ensure successful task completion.
