Vitol is hiring for multiple Full Stack Desk Developer positions. You will work across several teams with a wide range of business lines to develop innovative, full-stack applications used globally across commercial and operational desks. Your role is central to transforming our existing applications landscape by rapidly understanding business needs and prototyping solutions that empower our teams.

What You'll Do

Rapidly prototype and iterate on user feedback to build and support market-focused business development applications and existing tools.
Analyze ongoing business and user requirements and independently manage project lifecycles from end-to-end within the team.
Suggest innovative and reliable technical solutions for the business, enhancing existing processes or identifying new opportunities.
Develop a deep understanding of Vitol's MIS platforms and tools to help the platforms thrive.

What We're Looking For

A relevant university degree.
3+ years of full stack Python + .NET C# (backend) development experience with in-depth knowledge of ORM and API frameworks.
3+ years of full stack Typescript React development experience.
Experience using Python libraries such as Fast API, SQL Alchemy, and Pydantic.
Experience in building, maintaining, and optimizing relational SQL databases (PostgresSQL/Oracle).
Passion for developing in Python, C#, and React and a driven desire to engage with both our development community and the business.
Drive to stay up to date with changes in the Python, C#, and Typescript React landscape.

Nice to Have

Experience using C# Entity Framework.
