CROSSMARK Australia seeks a detail-oriented RDAS Store Mapper to support indoor navigation services. This casual role involves traveling to assigned supermarket sites to meticulously record store layouts using specialized mobile technology.
What You'll Do
- Collect a mapping kit, including an iPhone and peripherals, from a designated point or contact.
- Complete a 30-minute online training session via video call prior to your site visit.
- Arrive punctually at scheduled sites with the kit and a fully charged personal phone.
- Record the store environment by walking all accessible areas, marking your position on a map within the provided iPhone app.
- Maintain continuous contact with a remote support operator via Google Meet on your personal phone for guidance.
- Ensure the provided phone and power bank are fully charged at the end of each shift.
What We're Looking For
- A good sense of direction and spatial orientation for accurate pinpoint marking.
- Patience and a detail-oriented approach, as precision is critical to success.
- Ability to be on your feet for a full day and navigate around obstacles.
- Strong communication skills, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently.
- Comfort with receiving remote guidance, being monitored, and maintaining ongoing communication with an operator.
- Willingness to complete necessary inductions for supermarket entry.
- Must possess a current valid driver's license and have access to a car.
