Labcorp is hiring a Customer Service Support Representative to join the Patient Billing Customer Service department within our Revenue Cycle Management Division. You will provide essential support by handling inbound calls to resolve patient billing inquiries and initiate payment plans.
What You'll Do
- Answer 80+ inbound calls per day from patients, doctor's offices, and insurance carriers.
- Initiate payment plans for patients regarding outstanding balances.
- Utilize multiple resources simultaneously to resolve patient inquiries while on the phone.
- Maintain established performance goals.
- Become proficient with all processes after completing a structured training program.
What We're Looking For
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- A minimum of 1+ year of work experience.
Nice to Have
- Previous experience in medical billing, customer service, insurance claims, EOB, a call center, or a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in a high-volume calls environment managing several computer windows at once.
- Previous interaction and communication with patients regarding medical information.

Work Mode
This is a remote position with scheduled hours from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM Eastern Standard Time.
