AtkinsRéalis is hiring a Quantity Surveyor to be based in Abu Dhabi, UAE. In this role, you will focus on contracts and commercial management within key sectors, contributing to significant projects.
What You'll Do
- Manage contracts and commercial activities for projects in key sectors.
- Utilize specialized QS software for cost management and analysis.
- Apply your consultant and/or client-side background to project delivery.
What We're Looking For
- A recognized Degree in Quantity Surveying.
- A minimum of 5 years post-degree experience in contracts and commercial management.
- Experience in one of these key sectors: hospitality, residential, buildings, or infrastructure.
- Must have a consultant and/or client background for at least 4 years.
- Required knowledge in the use of QS software Cost X or similar.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Good project background and proven English language technical writing ability.
Nice to Have
- Previous experience with FIDIC Contracts.
