Nestlé is looking for a Quality Support Manager to join the Quality Assurance team at our Halifax factory. You will be responsible for supporting the quality team to produce safe, compliant and 'First Time Right' product, with ownership of the site's quality systems and external audits.
What You'll Do
- Contribute as a key member of the factory Quality Assurance team to ensure compliance with the Nestlé quality system.
- Collaborate with the Quality Manager to review and plan quality improvement initiatives across the factory, identifying trends and themes.
- Review manufacturing records and conduct routine releases of finished products, ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant.
- Provide expertise in the Nestlé quality system, ensuring a common approach across all areas and supporting factory Area Quality Managers.
- Manage key quality processes, such as sensory management, internal audits, document control, and third-party audits.
- Act as a GLOBE QM superuser to provide training and conduct regular health checks.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience within quality assurance roles in a factory or FMCG environment.
- Ability to evidence working with and improving Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001 / FSSC 22000).
- Ability to work with a continuous improvement mindset and engage with multiple stakeholders across the factory setting to influence quality practices.
- Ability to take a process, retrieve data, and identify opportunities and trends.
- Proven SAP skills, ideally in factory or quality aspects.
Nice to Have
- A degree or equivalent in a Science, Engineering, or Quality-related subject.
- PowerBI knowledge considered an added advantage.

Team & Environment
You will be part of the factory Quality Assurance team, supporting the Quality Manager and Area Quality Managers. The role reports directly to the Quality Manager.
