Evernorth Health Services, a division of The Cigna Group, seeks a Quality Review and Audit Advisor to provide advanced professional input on complex audit projects. In this remote role, you’ll develop models and procedures, monitor trends, and support junior professionals while assisting in policy development.

What You'll Do

Support client requests and attend client calls.
Conduct desk audits and complete post-audit work.
Manage and complete Polaris cases.
Execute on additional projects assigned by management.

What We're Looking For

HS Diploma required.
At least 1 year of related pharmacy quality audit experience.
Strong PC skills, including Microsoft Office with advanced Access and Excel skills.
Effective communication skills with customers at all levels.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.
Ability to work cross-functionally to resolve complex issues and recommend quality improvements.
Proven ability to quickly identify business needs, prioritize tasks, and meet critical deliverables.

Nice to Have

BA/BS Degree preferred.
Experience with data warehouse (Teradata/SQL), Visual Basic, and report writing strongly preferred.

Benefits & Compensation

Compensation range: $78,800 - $131,300 USD per year.
