Sonoco is looking for a Quality Manager - Plant to be responsible for the maintenance and control of the plant’s quality testing and reporting system. At Sonoco, we believe people build businesses, and this role is central to our commitment to brilliant solutions and sustainability.
What You'll Do
- Provide development and maintenance of the quality testing and reporting system.
- Manage the specification, test methods, and instruction processes.
- Perform line validations as major changes occur or new products are introduced.
- Ensure quality records are maintained.
- Provide direction to the Quality Control team in attaining and maintaining plant quality.
What We're Looking For
- A four-year degree, preferably in the sciences or engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 3-5 years’ experience as a Quality Manager.
- Previous experience in the development and maintenance of a quality testing and reporting system.

You will report directly to the Manager- Quality Market.

- Compensation ranges: Quality Manager - Plant: $84,640 to $95,220; Quality Manager II - Plant: $99,400 to $111,870; Quality Manager III - Plant: $110,160 to $123,930.
