In this role, you will support quality initiatives, analyze process performance, and drive continuous improvement across our manufacturing and business operations.

What You'll Do

Manage and resolve internal quality issues by ensuring timely containment, root cause identification, and closure.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to conduct comprehensive root-cause investigations and drive the implementation of effective corrective and preventive actions.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce, eliminate, and prevent repeated or recurring quality issues across processes and products.
Champion proactive quality measures, process standardization efforts, and cross-product learning to strengthen overall organizational capability.
Compile, analyze, and present quality performance metrics during global and site-level business and operational review forums.
Perform detailed data analysis to identify trends, systemic gaps, and improvement opportunities across manufacturing processes.
Ensure manufacturing processes—and resulting products—consistently meet internal specifications, customer expectations, and regulatory quality requirements.

What We're Looking For

A Bachelor’s degree in engineering or an equivalent technical discipline.
A minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience.
2–3 years of experience in the semiconductor industry and in quality-related functions.
Hands-on experience in process audits, product audits, and production line audits.
Proficiency in statistical analysis, with working knowledge of Six Sigma and/or Lean Manufacturing methodologies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive data-based decisions.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills for effective cross-functional collaboration.
Experience working in a cleanroom environment and familiarity with cleanroom protocols.
