LKQ Corporation is looking for a Quality Control team member to ensure high-quality auto parts are delivered safely and accurately to our customers. You will be responsible for the final preparation and inspection of products before they leave our facilities.
What You'll Do
- Clean parts using methods like buffing small parts, power washing drive trains, and cleaning panels with soap and water.
- Inspect parts to match description and quality to how they were inventoried.
- Communicate with sales reps via email or phone regarding any discrepancies in part quality or inventory.
- Prepare parts for shipment by protecting small parts with bubble wrap, placing them in boxes, wrapping bumpers, and placing doors in racks with foam pads.
- Load semi-trailers going to other LKQ facilities by preparing racks with panels and small parts for loading via forklift.
What We're Looking For
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- 0+ years of related experience
