Lactalis is hiring a Quality Auditor to support our powdered and fresh dairy product categories. As part of our Operations Quality team, you will play a key role in driving continuous improvement in quality and food safety across our industrial sites. This position involves significant travel.
What You'll Do
- Develop and update group quality and food safety standards, including operational quality standards, control plans, and prerequisite programs, in collaboration with various departments.
- Design and deliver internal training to maintain a high level of expertise in food safety and process control at Lactalis production sites.
- Provide technical assistance to factories during quality incidents, new projects, or continuous improvement initiatives.
- Audit Lactalis industrial sites to assess their compliance level.
- Lead expert networks to share and enrich group standards.
- Communicate lessons learned from major non-conformities to prevent recurrence.
- Monitor the quality performance of industrial sites to define priority action areas.
What We're Looking For
- A Bac+5 level education (Master's degree or equivalent).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an industrial environment, ideally within powdered milk and dairy ingredient or fresh dairy product production.
- Strong knowledge of Quality systems such as HACCP and process validation.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- A taste for knowledge transfer.
- Proficiency in English is essential.

- Interest in cross-cutting topics such as water, air, cleaning, contaminant management, pests, or foreign bodies.
