Lactalis is hiring a Quality Auditor - Operations Categories Powdered and Fresh Dairy Products

Lactalis is hiring a Quality Auditor to support our powdered and fresh dairy product categories. As part of our Operations Quality team, you will play a key role in driving continuous improvement in quality and food safety across our industrial sites. This position involves significant travel.

What You'll Do

• Develop and update group quality and food safety standards, including operational quality standards, control plans, and prerequisite programs, in collaboration with various departments.
• Design and deliver internal training to maintain a high level of expertise in food safety and process control at Lactalis production sites.
• Provide technical assistance to factories during quality incidents, new projects, or continuous improvement initiatives.
• Audit Lactalis industrial sites to assess their compliance level.
• Lead expert networks to share and enrich group standards.
• Communicate lessons learned from major non-conformities to prevent recurrence.
• Monitor the quality performance of industrial sites to define priority action areas.

What We're Looking For

• A Bac+5 level education (Master's degree or equivalent).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in an industrial environment, ideally within powdered milk and dairy ingredient or fresh dairy product production.
• Strong knowledge of Quality systems such as HACCP and process validation.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• A taste for knowledge transfer.
• Proficiency in English is essential.

Nice to Have

• Interest in cross-cutting topics such as water, air, cleaning, contaminant management, pests, or foreign bodies.
