ReWorks Solutions is looking for a Quality Assurance Specialist (BA-R) to ensure our services and deliverables meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. You will proactively identify areas for improvement and implement effective quality assurance practices across our operations.

What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor's degree in Quality Assurance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in quality assurance or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Experience in an ABA or behavioral health setting.
- Strong understanding of ABA documentation standards and clinical workflows.
- High attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Ability to provide constructive feedback in a professional and supportive manner.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
