Responsibilities
- Conduct audits, surveillances, manage corrective actions, maintain QAP procedures.
- Provide services and support as a Quality Assurance Oversight Specialist [General Support Services (GSS) For Hanford Field Office (HFO)] in the Environmental Management Industry Sector focussing on Environmental Services Solutions for clients such as U.S. Department of Energy – Environmental Management, Hanford Field Office (DOE-EM / HFO) | DOE – Environmental Management Consolidated Business Center (EMCBC), Cincinnati, OH.
- Provide services and support for Program Office #05 Assistant Manager for Safety, Environment, & Quality (AMSE/AMSQ) under Job Task #05.17 - Quality Assurance Oversight Specialist with Support Functions for Electrical, Facility Representative, Industrial Hygiene/Occupational Safety, Training, Environmental/Regulatory, Safety and Security Enforcement, Nuclear Safety, Criticality Safety, Engineering (Radiological Protection, Structural, Quality Assurance, Fire Protection), Technical & Regulatory Support Services provided across the Hanford Field Office (HFO).
- Manages and oversees quality assurance programs, conducting audits and providing training to ensure compliance.
- Provides comprehensive oversight and consulting services in nuclear safety and quality assurance, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement across the Hanford site operations.
Requirements
- Relevant Environmental Management Sector Experience
- Functional and technical area expertise in Environmental Management Sector
- Experience supporting clients such as U.S. Department of Energy – Environmental Management
- Ability to conduct audits, manage corrective actions, and maintain quality assurance procedures
- Expertise in compliance oversight within federal, regulated, high-stakes nuclear cleanup environments

Additional Information
- Contract Contingent or Contract W-2 (IRS-1099) basis with no overtime pay.
- Position may be converted to Full-Time ProSidian employed W-2 Position.
- Work location is generally in CONUS - Richland, Washington and across the Pacific Northwest Region.
- Initially identified work site: 2440 Stevens Center Place, H520 Richland, Washington 99354 (subject to change or remote work).
- DPLH of 1920 indicates anticipated total FTEs of approximately 4.5 FTEs for this role.
- Supports federal, regulated, high-stakes nuclear cleanup environment requiring compliance oversight.
