Limitlessli is hiring a Quality Assurance Nurse with an active New York State RN license for a fully remote role. As a Quality Nurse Analyst, you will review clinical incidents, manage follow-up care, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure client safety and continuity of care.
What You'll Do
- Review clinical incidents following SOPs to determine root cause, risk, and resolution.
- Process interim medical orders to notify physicians of patient needs and changes in condition.
- Perform follow-up calls for patients recently discharged from acute hospitalization who are high risk for readmission.
- Communicate with clients, caregivers, coordination teams, payers, field RNs, and providers to ensure safety and care continuity.
- Follow regulatory guidelines to manage clinical incidents to key deadlines.
- Share trends and insights noted in aggregate data to support continuous quality improvement.
- Collaborate regularly with the assistant director of nursing services to review clinical cases and client needs.
What We're Looking For
- Active RN, NYS license.
- A minimum of 2 years of nursing experience.
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and self-motivated.
- Strong interpersonal skills with excellent verbal and written communication.
- Strong clinical judgment and care planning skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with key stakeholders.
- Reliable computer, noise-canceling headset, and a second monitor for enhanced productivity.
- Stable and backup internet connection.

- Managed care experience.
