Pronto Manufacturing & Fulfillment is hiring a Quality Assurance Manager to oversee quality processes for our dietary supplement operations. This remote role is central to maintaining our commitment to high-quality products and regulatory compliance in a dynamic environment.
What You'll Do
- Manage the Quality Assurance department to ensure compliance with GMP, FDA regulations (21 CFR), and relevant industry standards.
- Oversee the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the company’s Quality Management System.
- Supervise the review and approval of batch records, specifications, and test results for raw materials and finished products.
- Maintain documentation for all quality-related activities, ensuring proper storage and accessibility per regulatory requirements.
- Serve as the primary contact for regulatory agencies and external auditors during inspections and audits.
- Provide strategic direction for quality initiatives, including process optimization, risk management, and continuous improvement projects.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Food Science, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biology, Chemistry, or Engineering).
- Fluency in English.
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in a Quality Management or Quality Assurance role within the US dietary supplement manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of GMP for dietary supplements and how to implement and maintain compliance.
- Knowledge of FDA 21 CFR regulations.
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to solving quality issues.
Nice to Have
- SQF Certification knowledge is a strong plus, with experience in maintaining and conducting SQF audits.
