10x Team is seeking a freelance Quality Assurance Lead - AI Trainer to evaluate AI model outputs and improve the quality of training data. This role is critical for advancing the reliability and accuracy of our AI systems.
What You'll Do
- Lead the evaluation and quality assessment of AI model responses.
- Design and implement processes to enhance training data quality and consistency.
- Analyze output patterns to identify areas for model improvement.
- Provide detailed feedback and reporting on evaluation findings.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a quality assurance, evaluation, or data annotation role, preferably with AI/ML systems.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule for 8-20 hours per week.
- Excellent written communication skills for clear documentation and feedback.
Work Mode
