World Book Inc. is looking for a Quality Assurance Intern to join our team. This internship provides hands-on experience in software and/or product testing, helping to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of our products and services.
What You'll Do
- Assist in the development and execution of test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Perform manual and/or automated testing of software applications or physical products.
- Identify, document, and track bugs or defects using issue tracking tools.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure quality standards are met.
- Participate in QA reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes.
What We're Looking For
- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of software development and testing concepts.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with QA tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, JIRA, TestRail).
