Responsibilities
- Conduct independent audits of the site's Quality Management System using interviews, document reviews, direct testing, and system evaluations to verify compliance and effectiveness.
- Lead certification and surveillance efforts, integrating ISO standards into daily workflows in practical, operationally viable ways.
- Align local quality systems with corporate QMS frameworks and contribute to enterprise-wide quality improvements as needed.
- Support product quality standards, analyze customer feedback, assist in root cause investigations, and drive corrective actions for non-conformances.
- Serve as the technical authority on quality assurance and non-destructive testing matters, supporting resolution of complex issues and identifying QMS breaches.
- Analyze quality performance data to identify trends and develop specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound improvement plans with stakeholders.
- Assist in supplier qualification and compliance processes, ensuring all quality assurance documentation is accurate and up to date.
- Promote a culture of quality through coaching, mentoring, and training on QA principles, methodologies, and tools.
- Primarily stationed at Chilca and Linings facilities, with occasional travel to other locations as required.
