ALDO Group is hiring a Quality Assurance Auditor to play a critical role in ensuring operational excellence and regulatory compliance at the Palisades Nuclear Plant. In this role, you will plan, coordinate, lead, and document all QA oversight activities, including audits, surveillances, and performance analysis.
What You'll Do
- Develop audit plans, perform audits, and lead audit teams.
- Ensure the quality and accuracy of all QA documentation.
- Support the QA organization by rolling up issues to identify adverse trends.
- Review site and department performance to select areas for surveillance and observation based on risk insights.
- Effectively communicate findings with all levels of station personnel.
- Exercise stop work authority over non-conforming activities that present significant risk to plant equipment or personnel.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, a technical field, or equivalent work experience.
- Four years of experience in a nuclear power plant within quality assurance, or supervisory experience in plant operations.
- A minimum of one year of experience implementing a Quality Assurance Program and certification in ANSI/ASME N45.2.23-1978.
- Knowledge of Nuclear and other regulatory quality/QAPM requirements.
- Knowledge of nuclear industry regulations and practical experience.
- Lead Auditor Certification.
