WEP Clinical is hiring a Quality Assurance Associate to help maintain our quality and compliance standards. You will be part of a team dedicated to upholding rigorous processes in our clinical operations.
What You'll Do
- Support the implementation and maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS)
- Assist in the review and approval of controlled documents, such as SOPs and protocols
- Participate in internal audits and support external audit preparations
- Contribute to the investigation of deviations and quality events
- Help ensure compliance with relevant regulatory guidelines and company standards
- Support training activities related to quality systems and processes
What We're Looking For
- Experience working within a Quality Assurance or Quality Control function in a clinical, pharmaceutical, or life sciences environment
- Working knowledge of GxP (Good Practice) regulations and quality systems
- Strong attention to detail and excellent documentation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and communicate effectively
- A proactive approach to identifying and solving problems
Work Mode
This role follows a hybrid work model and is based in Dublin, Ireland. Remote candidates within Ireland will also be considered.
