3M is looking for a Quality Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer quality complaints, analyzing quality data, and leading process improvement projects to enhance customer satisfaction and product quality. What You'll Do
- Manage and execute timely and accurate responses to quality complaints.
- Own the entire end-to-end customer complaints process based on business criteria.
- Analyze and manage internal and external quality metrics to enhance customer satisfaction and enable growth.
- Initiate actions to lead projects, provide training to new employees, and align project steps with business strategies.
- Apply analytical skills for the analysis and interpretation of trends or data generated by company reporting.
- Participate in efforts to develop a common global SIBG Complaint process.
- Develop and lead improvements and/or solutions to work processes and tools.
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified before start).
- Three (3) years of relevant experience in quality, customer service, corporate operations, and/or supporting cross-functional teams.
- Experience in SAP, Salesforce, CIR, Power BI, EXCEL.
- Ability to perform analysis that impacts resource utilization, speed, costs, and improvements in a quality area.
- Ability to find innovative solutions to complex customer and 3M problems.
- Confidence to make sound decisions in the absence of detailed instructions.
- Must be amenable to a graveyard shift schedule: 9:00 PM - 5:00 AM (Philippine Standard Time).
