Round Hill Capital Partners is hiring a QSR Franchisee Advisor to serve as a key strategic partner for our investment portfolio. This remote role provides critical guidance, operational support, and franchisee relationship management to ensure the success of our QSR investments, starting with Smoothie King and extending to other franchise brands.
What You'll Do
- Act as a trusted advisor on operational efficiency, profitability, and customer experience for Smoothie King and other QSR locations.
- Support franchisees in driving sales and executing marketing campaigns.
- Assist with site evaluations, new franchisee onboarding, and training.
- Ensure franchisees adhere to brand standards and operational guidelines.
- Provide regular performance reviews and recommend improvements to franchisee operations.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in franchise operations or consulting.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work remotely while managing multiple relationships.
- Experience in P&L management and operational troubleshooting.
- A passion for the QSR industry and helping franchisees succeed.
