Responsibilities
- Own and define comprehensive test automation strategies spanning web, mobile, and API platforms.
- Lead the development and execution of mobile test automation solutions, ensuring broad device coverage and scalable infrastructure.
- Create standardized frameworks, reusable components, and design patterns to enable consistent quality engineering practices.
- Embed automated testing within CI/CD pipelines to deliver timely and accurate quality feedback.
- Assess, choose, and advocate for appropriate testing tools across web, API, and mobile domains.
- Collaborate with geographically dispersed development teams to integrate quality assurance into delivery processes.
- Guide quality engineering professionals through hands-on code reviews, collaborative coding, and technical mentorship.
- Leverage artificial intelligence and generative AI to enhance testing efficiency, including test creation and self-correcting frameworks.
- Verify functionality and reliability of AI and large language model-driven features, focusing on correctness, purpose alignment, and risk prevention such as hallucinations.
