Jobgether is seeking a QA Engineering Manager to lead our remote QA team and shape the quality assurance strategy for our complex software systems. You will oversee daily operations, coordinate testing activities, and ensure our products meet high standards of reliability and performance.

What You'll Do

Lead and manage the QA team, including personnel evaluation, scheduling, and performance oversight.
Implement, maintain, and evolve quality assurance systems and automated testing frameworks.
Coordinate closely with engineering and leadership to align QA initiatives with product development and release cycles.
Define, execute, and monitor Agile-based QA processes, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
Identify defects, direct process improvements, and incorporate feedback into product development cycles.
Ensure comprehensive testing of software including APIs, web applications, and other integrated systems.
Document test plans, test cases, and results, maintaining clear communication with stakeholders.
Mentor QA engineers, define metrics for success, and play a pivotal role in delivering reliable software.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in software development, QA, and testing.
Proficiency in creating, executing, and documenting test plans and test cases, including experience with retail APIs.
Hands-on experience with bug tracking tools such as Bugzilla.
Strong background in automation frameworks using Selenium, SoapUI, and Python.
Knowledge of pre- and post-release checklists, software design, testing, and documentation.
Ability to design and maintain software specifications, database structures, network, security, and configuration requirements.
Experience providing technical support and training to users, maintaining libraries, and documenting software processes.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills for managing remote teams.
