The Game team is seeking a motivated QA Engineer to ensure the quality of innovative casino games. This role involves planning and executing testing activities, creating test cases and automation scripts, and verifying compliance with regulatory standards in a collaborative, international setting.
Responsibilities
- Carry out quality assurance tasks across the development lifecycle
- Plan, estimate, prioritize, and coordinate testing efforts with the team and QA leadership
- Design, develop, execute, and maintain test cases, scenarios, use cases, user stories, and associated test reports
- Create well-structured and comprehensive test plans aligned with the established Test Strategy
- Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to confirm product alignment
- Identify, document, and report defects discovered during testing phases
- Take full ownership of assigned tasks and reported issues, ensuring resolution and retesting based on impact and lifecycle
- Develop, debug, execute, and maintain automation scripts using internal tools for individual games
- Proactively address critical issues and escalate to the QA Team Leader when needed
- Provide stakeholders with clear, actionable insights to support quality-related decisions
- Ensure products meet all applicable regulatory standards and compliance requirements
- Evaluate products against non-functional attributes including performance, reliability, usability, security, compatibility, and portability
- Continuously build expertise and knowledge in QA methodologies and related domains
Requirements
- Minimum of two years of professional experience as a QA Engineer
- Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle and the QA function within it
- Strong grasp of software testing methodologies, processes, and test design techniques
- Hands-on experience testing both client-side (Web and Mobile) and server-side (API and Integration) components
- Clear understanding of client-server architecture, request-response cycles, and data consistency
- Practical knowledge of OOP principles, database fundamentals, and basic algorithms
- Proficient in SQL, including reading queries, writing basic joins, and validating data
- Experienced with JIRA, Confluence, TestRail, and debugging tools such as Postman, Burp, Fiddler, or Charles
- Strong problem-solving and communication abilities
- Intermediate or higher level of English proficiency
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with version control systems such as SVN or Git
- Experience with continuous integration platforms like Bamboo or Jenkins
- Hands-on experience with Chrome DevTools, Xcode, Android Studio (including logs, simulators, debugging), and BrowserStack
