Sapiensia is looking for a QA Engineer / Software Tester to play a key role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and stability of our software products. You will validate new features, prevent regressions, and support the team in delivering high-quality releases in our remote-first environment.

What You'll Do

Design, develop, and maintain automated test processes for web applications.
Execute manual tests when automation is not applicable or during exploratory testing.
Create, review, and maintain test cases, test scenarios, and automated test scripts.
Identify, document, and track defects, ensuring proper follow-up until resolution.
Perform regression, exploratory, and functional testing across new and existing features.
Collaborate closely with developers and product managers throughout the development lifecycle.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes, documentation, and best practices.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience as a QA Engineer / Software Tester.
Hands-on experience with test automation tools like Cypress, Selenium, or Playwright.
Strong knowledge of manual testing methodologies and best practices.
Experience creating, executing, and maintaining test cases.
Familiarity with bug tracking tools such as Jira.
Experience testing web applications.
Experience with API testing using tools like Postman or REST clients.
Basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines.
Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments.
Ability to switch between automated and manual testing as needed.
Comfortable working in a remote-first environment.
Professional working proficiency in English.
