Every is looking for a QA Engineer - ServiceNow to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of ServiceNow modules through manual and automated testing.
What You'll Do
- Design, develop, and execute test cases for ServiceNow modules, workflows, and custom applications.
- Perform functional, regression, and integration testing on new and existing ServiceNow features.
- Validate ServiceNow configurations, business rules, and workflows against requirements.
- Collaborate with developers, administrators, and business analysts to identify and resolve defects.
- Create and maintain test documentation, including test plans, test scripts, and defect reports.
- Support automated testing efforts using tools like ATF (Automated Test Framework) within ServiceNow.
- Participate in release and deployment cycles, ensuring quality standards are met.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in QA or software testing.
- Hands-on experience testing ServiceNow applications (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, etc.).
- Understanding of ServiceNow ATF (Automated Test Framework) and platform architecture.
- Knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum development environments.
- Familiarity with JIRA, Postman, or other testing and defect tracking tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
