Responsibilities
- Conduct manual testing of native iOS and Android mobile applications across various devices and operating environments
- Validate API functionality by checking request and response accuracy, data transfer, and error management
- Carry out integration tests to confirm seamless interaction, data consistency, and system interoperability between applications
- Review technical specifications and documentation to grasp system requirements and intended behavior
- Develop and update test documentation including test cases, test plans, and other quality assurance materials
- Work closely with support staff to address reported issues, troubleshoot defects, and maintain clear communication across departments
- Engage in team planning and recurring meetings to coordinate testing scope, priorities, and project timelines
